Our Team

Rachel Walerstein (she/they)

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m interested in baggage. Emotional baggage, that is. Definitely mine, and also, I want to help others become expert excavators of the ways our past experiences show up and impact (for better or worse) our personal and professional goals.

Part blog, part community building, whole lot of experimentation, I am hoping that by sharing some of my stories, you’ll feel seen, validated, and hopeful that you can own your narrative and become the person you hope to be-not the one you’re afraid you are.

Amy Illarde (she/her)

Amy is a nerdy professional with a burning passion for organizational and leadership development. Take a glance at her bookcase, and you'll find a trove of titles that delve into the realms of organizational theory, leadership strategies, and the intricate world of capitalism. But Amy's journey goes beyond the shelves of her library; it's fueled by an authentic desire to transform the world of work.

As lines between work and life continue to blur, Wiyb is the sandbox in which Amy hopes to craft a world where individuals can not only be their best authentic selves, but develop, grow, and thrive in their career journey.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership roles, Amy has honed her expertise in employee experience, leadership development, and organizational dynamics.  Her journey began with a degree in Organizational Leadership from North Park University in Chicago and she's currently on the path to becoming a certified Executive Coach, studying within Northwestern University’s Executive learning program.
